2026 Difficult School Allowance Hike – Latest Circular for Sri Lanka Teachers & Principals
Ministry of Education has issued Circular No. 2006/44(i) regarding the financial incentive for principals and teachers serving in difficult and very difficult schools. According to the circular, the revised monthly allowance will be paid with effect from 01 April 2026.
