School and private candidates can now apply online to request a re-examination of their G.C.E. Ordinary Level 2025 (2026) answer scripts.
Who Can Apply?
- Both school candidates and private candidates who sat for GCE O/L 2025 (2026) are eligible.
- The candidate must submit the application personally.
- Applications are accepted through the official online system only.
- Use the same Index Number and NIC number used when sitting the examination.
- No principal's recommendation or signature is required for school candidates.
- Only one application per candidate is allowed — include all subjects in one submission.

Open the Online Application Log in using your Index Number and National Identity Card number used during the examination.

Select All Required Subjects Add every subject for which you need re-scrutiny into this single application. You cannot submit a second application.

Pay the Application Fee Pay Rs. 200 for each selected subject using one of the available payment methods.

Download and Save Your PDF After successful payment, download the completed application as a PDF. A confirmation SMS will also be sent to your registered number.
