Documents to Be Brought to the Interview
- National Identity Card, valid driving licence, or valid passport
- Proof of continuous permanent residence for at least 3 years within the applied Divisional Secretariat division during the 6 years immediately preceding 24 November 2025 — an extract from the electoral register or a DS 04 residence certificate issued by the Grama Niladhari
- Birth certificate
- Original documents proving educational and other qualifications required under Gazette No. 2460 dated 24 October 2025, together with certified true copies
- An affidavit confirming any difference in the candidate's name, if applicable
