Educational Qualifications
G.C.E. A/L (2024): Passed 3 subjects in one sitting.
G.C.E. O/L: Passed 6 subjects in one sitting, including:
Sinhala/Tamil language
Mathematics
Compulsory: A simple pass in English Language or English Literature.
Additional Requirement: A total of 3 Credit passes.

Important Terms & Conditions
Training & Allowance: Students receive residential training with monthly meal/lodging support of Rs. 10,500. An equivalent monthly allowance is provided during the internship year.
Agreement: Selected candidates must sign a bond/agreement valued at Rs. 1,500,000.
Selection Process: 50% National basis / 50% District basis, determined by Z-Score.
Note: Those already appointed as teachers, current state university students, or those registered via the UGC online system are not eligible to apply.
